6. Try Swishing Oil

Take a teaspoon of oil-usually sesame or coconut and swish it around your mouth for a good 15 minutes every day. Doing so can help whiten teeth, improve your skin condition, who wouldn't love that. Some studies will suggest that oil pulling can prevent bad breath and gingivitis. This isn't conclusive yet, so don't feel like this is a cure all. The plus side is it can't hurt you to do this, so If you ever want to give it a try, you won't have to worry about your health.
